Meet the Mobile Yogi!
Hello Friend, I'm Darien! A former corporate leader, and a yoga practitioner since 2010 I woke up one day and decided I wanted to share the amazing gifts I've received from yoga with the world. I left corporate in May 2022 and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in December of 2022.
As a wife, mother, and experienced in a stressful career I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed with no end in sight. Finding yoga, the breath, and mindfulness has changed my life and my aim is to help others find the same. Whether you have never been on a mat or practice regularly I will bring you the experience and tools to use in your daily life and in your personal practice.
